Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Older hotel but well maintained. Nice dark out curtains to block the light. Would certainly stay again.

Staff was good. Overall clean place. Website is a little misleading, as the hotel has no cafes or restaurants of its own. No swimming pool. It’s called a hotel but felt more like living in apartments with no amenities apart from breakfast at the terrace.

Very friendly and courteous staff with excellently maintained rooms. Very comfortable bed and thorough daily cleaning. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms and hallways are beautiful. There are free refreshments and even free shots of tequila in the hallway in front of the elevator. There is an escalator from the lobby that goes directly to the mall in Arco de Bosques with a variety of upscale dining options.

Very relaxing property and nice amenities. The restaurant is very nice as well. Staff very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay. The cleanliness of the room, the comfort, and the kindness of the staff really made the experience stand out. The beautiful views of El Zócalo made it even more special.
