Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

The room was very well kept, the staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in at 3:00AM when I had an event that kept me out late Friday night. The breakfast buffet is excellent and it is located perfectly to get to the airport or to travel within the city of frankfurt

Spielzimmer und Trampolin wurden von unseren vier Kindern zwischen 3 und 12 sehr gerne genutzt. Die Küche bietet alles Notwendige für eine Gruppe dieser Größe. ..."
