Private: property 500 m2, well-kept garden with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, café 4 km, bus stop 1 km, grass beach 600 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake 200 m. Tennis 800 m.
4-room house 75 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
