Location is good, but Marco is small. It is well equipped and any issues that come up are resolved by Marco Island Vacation Properties very quickly. They really want you to have a great experience. There are a few items that a could be improved but overall it is great. Suggestion, bring a Roku stick to get more channels on the tv."

We very much appreciated the beach gear which made going to the beach easy and did not require us buying anything additional in order to enjoy the beach. The owner communicated well and checked in various times throughout the trip. Would definitely consider staying again if we make our way back to Marco Island! "

"Really enjoyed our stay. House is very accommodating for our group of 8 adults and 7 small children (ages 9-1). Kids had great time in house and the large pool. Beaches were just a few miles away and grocery store 1 mile. Lots of pool and beach toys in the house. "
