"This is our Third year in a row celebrating July 4th in this property. It’s stress free, the fireworks view is great and the Hotel amenities are great for the fam. "

"I just stayed for a week with my boyfriend, sister, her fiancé, two friends, and my dad. It was a good sized house with bonus amenities like an outdoor fridge and a wine cooler separate from the main refrigerator. The only downside to the layout for us was no “central” bathroom (all bathrooms are attached to a room/between two rooms). On the other hand, as three adult couples and a parent, having private spaces were enjoyable. There were minor cleanliness issues when we checked in (hair in a bathroom sink/trash can and clothes that did not belong to us left behind in the dryer), but I would definitely book this property for a similar trip again. "

"From the moment we arrived we were just so pleased with everything the home had to offer. Grandkids picked their beds in the bunk room and we all headed out to the amazing back yard. From fishing off the dock to swimming in the pool to bar-b-Que lunch’s on the grill we spent 4 full days out here. At least a dozen fish caught, Kayaking in the canal, bike riding ro the Picklball courts near by what a great location. Inside perfect also. Huge kitchen with everything we needed for breakfast, all bedrooms were ensuite bathroom and the owners bedroom was outstanding. We were 11 people and a fabulous time was had by all. *FYI we had our 3 year old grandson and we were very surprised we could not alarm the house seeing the pool did not have a fence around it or gates at the openings on the deck. "

"As always Marco never disappoints. Propery was great. The pool and outside area was perfect. Had a minor issue with 1 of the beds. Property manager responded within 10 minutes. Fixed within 24 hours. Would recommend this Property."

Nice to have bikes and beach chairs. Easy checkin and check out process, and communication was clear/timely when needed. "

"The family really enjoyed this property as it was able to accommodate all of us and had a large spacious kitchen for games and living room to catch the football game. A bit of a walk to the beach but we had a rental car so it was super convenient (5 minutes). The property had everything we needed to cook onsite for our family. We will likely rebook again; great memories. "
