We did have a situation with guests using flash photography and recording in the hot tubs and were wildly disappointed in how the staff member on at the time addressed it (he really didn't do anything besides quietly and timidly ask them to stop) but maybe he was new, nervous, not good at confrontation so I won't hold it against him.
