Staff are there with 24/7 support and were super helpful. Ac unit works SUPER well, keeping it on high will freeze you! Sheets are thin so if you like a thicker blanket make sure to bring one. Wifi was spotty at times but we got by. Great location, the train station on campus was super convenient and easy to get around on. Great choice for an economical stay.
