House is a walkout basement layout and the listing doesn't include the basement

✅ Washer/Dryer Main floor entrance into foyer and a powder room. You walk into the main level where you will have a living room, dinning room, kitchen and a family room with a gas fire place and a smart tv.

Second floor has 4 bedrooms with the master bedroom furnished with a king size bed and and ensuite and walk into closet. Second and third bedrooms have queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has a double size bed. There is a full washroom and laundry room also located on the second floor with a nice size hallway over looking the family room. The house doesn’t come with the basement. There is a separate entrance and walk out option for basement. The basement is occupied by someone else.
