"We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We really liked the property. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. I liked the Dove products in the bathroom. I would’ve liked more bathroom hooks for bath and face towels. The breakfast had a little bit of everything. The coffee was a bit weak. The hotel itself felt secure, especially with all the security roaming around.
The location, though, was a bit concerning. Although it was within a 15-minute walk to a lot of areas we wanted to frequent, to get there was a bit concerning. The surrounding area had crumbling sidewalks and people sleeping alongside buildings. A lot of houses and buildings looked uncared for or even abandoned. I acknowledge that the hotel doesn’t have control over the neighborhoods but if our children were younger I may not have wanted to stay there and that’s something I would like to know before deciding to book."
