"Donna and I stayed at the hotel and, overall, our stay was fine. However, our checkout experience left us with a very poor impression. We were checking out one day early, and when I arrived at the front entrance around 8:30–9:00 a.m., the door was locked. I could see two staff members at the front desk, but instead of offering assistance, I was met with confused looks and gestures to press a button that wasn’t obvious or easy to find. After finally getting inside, I was greeted with an attitude that made me feel as though I had done something wrong or wasn’t capable of figuring out a simple door. I was only trying to check out early, yet the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The rest of our stay was acceptable, but the way we were treated during checkout left a lasting negative impression that unfortunately overshadowed the rest of the visit."
