Autonomous and independent, the home is located on the top floor of a condominium. It offers 2 beds. Just 200 meters from the sea, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, mosquito nets, TV, hair dryer, etc. Pets are allowed. Studio apartment sleeps 2 for vacations in Otranto The vacation house is developed on the top floor of a building in a residential area, equipped with an elevator. Using the building\`s elevator, you reach the second floor. From here, in a small hallway shared with another house, start the stairs leading to the studio apartment on the top floor. Well finished and furnished with care, the apartment has a balcony furnished with chairs and equipped with an outdoor shower. The interior consists of living room with 1 double sofa bed, table and chairs, open kitchenette and mini bar, 1 bathroom complete with shower. All the main services are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest beach is La Castellana, with both free and equipped space. The beautiful historic center of Otranto, with its legendary ramparts and valuable architecture, is about 1 km away. \- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). Dafür, dass sie relativ neu ist, wirkt sie jedoch schon relativ verwohnt (oder einfach billig gebaut). Sie liegt aber sehr nahe zum Strand. Zum Zentrum von Otranto sind es 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.In der Beschreibung wurde als Ausstattungsmerkmal eine Waschmaschine genannt. Diese gab es aber nicht. Der Kühlschrank hat nicht richtig gekühlt. Mir wurde eine Reparatur zugesagt, die jedoch nie erfolgte.Die Wohnung selbst war relativ sauber, wobei der Boden bei meiner Ankunft nicht frisch gefegt war. Die Terrasse wurde offensichtlich seit Wochen nicht geputzt. Das musste ich nach meiner Ankunft erstmal selbst erledigen.In der Küche gibt es leider Ameisen. Sobald man Lebensmittel auf der Arbeitsplatte liegen lässt, kommen sie an.Was der Besitzer bei der Installation der Überwachungskamera auf der Terrasse im Kopf hatte, weiß ich nicht - die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung war es sicher nicht. Mir wurde auf Nachfrage gesagt, die Kamera wäre außer Betrieb. Warum haben aber dann die LEDs an der Kamera geleuchtet?Auf dem Bettsofa schläft man recht gut. Der Klappmechanismus ist jedoch recht kompliziert, so dass ich das Bett nicht jeden Tag in ein Sofa umgewandelt habe. Die meisten der o.g. Mängel lassen sich beheben. Ohne diese, wäre es eigentlich eine recht schöne Wohnung.In der Bewertung beim Anbieter "BarbaHouse" kann man übrigens nur positive Eindrücke angeben (was man erst nach Abschluss der Bewertung merkt).
