"You needed to get the keys from different adress and there we got to know that we have to pay 180 zl more for cleaning. This all took a lot of time and check in was pretty late (3pm), although we were permitted to check in an hour earlier after doubletexting, still thanks for that! The apartment were pretty nice, modern and spacious! I liked the balcony and full equipped kitchen, also the sheets were very soft and clean! The dishes were a little unclean and dusty, needed to rinse them first....

"The room was tidy and clean, we were welcomed by the staff who made sure we had our keys left for us with security, after the reception closed, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t make the use of the kitchen in the end, but it had all the usual amenities. Generally a pleasant stay, the room we booked had a foldable sofa bed, which was firm, but not at all uncomfortable. "Mycket bra läge (några minuter till fots till tågstationen och stor galleria precis utanför), fantastiskt rent! Men ...

10/10 Excellent
"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly throughout my three nights stay. At check-in, the lady at the front desk took the time to explain the hotel facilities. The next morning, the gentleman at the front desk helped my room upgrade request. He was very efficient, helpful, and professional. The staff in charge of the breakfast area as well as the bar & coffee station area were all very friendly. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. The atmosphere here felt warm and welcoming from start to finish. The hotel is at a great location and offers an excellent selections for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family & friends, and would book this hotel again!"
