About this property

Well appointed cottage on a working hill farm

  • PLEASE NOTE SOME OF THE 'THINGS TO DO' INFORMATION MAY BE INCORRECT IN TERMS OF DISTANCES, THIS IS DONE BY GOOGLE MAPS AND I HAVE NO WAY OF CHANGING IT. THERE DEFINATELY IS NOT A BURGER KING 4 MILES AWAY!!!

    For your comfort there are 3 bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms, 2 have double beds and 1 has twin beds. Downstairs there is a spacious lounge, dinging room and a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave as well as cooking equipment and utensils. There is also a private garden with stunning views for you to sit and enjoy.
    Scaife Hall Cottage is part of a traditional working farm.
    We keep Belted Galloway cattle and sheep which lamb in March and April. We also have some hens and sheepdogs.
    There are some beautiful walks in the area through the woods and around the local reservoirs and lots of visitor attractions within a short drive.
