"This was my second stay, on business. The rooms are modern and clean. The dinner and breakfast are both very good. However, the girl serving dinner seemed like all she wanted to do was go home. She raced through everything and initially refused to serve me a portion of ice cream because it had just gone 9.30pm when the kitchen had closed. I had already eaten a starter and main by that point. Further training required."
