"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of options to choose from, which made mornings so easy and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. The customer service was outstanding—every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. While the pool and hot tub are on the smaller side, they were clean and well maintained, and it was such a nice bonus to be able to unwind there after a long day. "Wonderful home in a peaceful setting. Owners were lovely. We stayed here for our son’s trip to All Star Village (about a 25 minute drive). Great place if you have other kids not playing in the tournament - lots of games and tons of outdoor space. Convenient to grocery store, downtown Oneanta, etc. "

"This property was perfect for a vacation with our adult children & partners. We were looking for a place for the six of us to stay while we visited the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. This property allowed us to enjoy time together not only in Cooperstown but also out on the water, fishing from the dock, playing in the game room, watching movies and cooking meals. This property allowed us to do it all! When inside we appreciated the open plan main floor, the coffee bar, the game room with arcade game, the large couch in the basement with smart TV, and the air conditioning throughout the house. The only disappointments were that the location is on the Susquehanna River, not on the big lake and the beach was too swampy for swimming. "

"This house is in a fantastic location for All Star Village with plenty of space for families. However, you need to know what you're getting into. The house is old and doesn't appear to be visited often. When we arrived the pool was very green and took days to clear up. The house was very stuffy with mildew in the air. The owner said he had difficulty finding cleaning services. We had to open the windows and purchase DampRid which helped the smell a lot. Some of the AC wall units did not work and none had been turned on prior to our arrival, so the house was very stuffy. The owner was nice enough to come replace an AC unit in the wall that was not working that prevented some from sleeping the first night. The basement is very musty with mildew in the air and there is standing water in parts of the unfinished basement under the pool, which I'm sure does not help. The owner also replaced the coffee maker and added a Fire TV stick to the television at the bar, which is the main living area, so that we could watch tv. The grounds are very pretty, but the house is old and needs a lot of work."
