"Great location for oneonta. Not far from Main Street at all. You’re 2 minutes away from walking to Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, Walmart is 5 minutes away. The pool is small and the workout area but good for kids. Good value for a nicer hotel in the area. I would stay here again."

"Stayed 3 nights in April 2026. The owner's were very accommodating to our late night arrival and throughout our stay. Hotel was easy to find. Stayed in a room with 3 beds. Plenty of room for all our stuff and ourselves, extremely clean and the beds are so comfortable. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here anytime in the area. This hotel even still cleans your room daily! Have not seen that at any hotel since Covid. "

"We had an overall lovely stay, the space is very cute, but probably better suited to 2-3 people rather than 5. Our only concern was finding food crumbs and a dirty baby bottle under the couch cushions, but we alerted the property manager and hope this will change for future visitors."
