"Breakfast was pretty modest and standard. Room was clean and air conditioned, it seems to be renovated from an old motel, but great touches all around with board games you can borrow from the front desk"

"I stayed at this best western for 3 days and overall it was pretty good. What did ruined it for me the staff chasing me over a hundred doors more for the start than what I agreed to on Expedia. On top of that they issue you a parking permit that’s essentially a flimsy piece of paper that’s supposed to hang from your rear view mirror. Around the first day it ripped and I couldn’t hang it so I displayed it on top of the dashboard in clear view. After I checked out, I came to my vehicle and found I was given a parking ticket for not displaying my parking permit. If they require you to provide your vehicle info during check-in I don’t understand why they’re unable to use that information and instead cite their guests for over a piece of paper that they could’ve lost, torn, or simply forgotten to display. I will not be using this best western or any best western for that matter and will opt for properties that utilize just a little more common sense or consideration for guests that already are spending a lot of money at their properties."

"The pictures of the place looked really nice. There were some issues that was unacceptable for us. Parking! I changed vehicles because of the carport height. Then when I get there, there was no parking pass available. We had to park on the street which was 0.2 miles away. Thank the good Lord I didn't take our bigger vehicle because there were no spaces available. I had to squeeze in for the space that we did find for our compact car. There was no window or venting system for the master bathroom. The master bed was not comfortable, way too firm. However, the kids loved the twin beds because there was foam mattress topping. It is a cute place, if you want to walk upstairs. It does meet the standard needs. Will we stay again, no. It's unbelievable that there are still people who do not know how to use a Keurig machine, they opened the cup instead of letting the needle do its job and coffee grinds were everywhere, including the left pod. Not sure how long it was left there. Host was available each time I reached out, which was very nice. Thank you"
