Free breakfast! - staff are very nice and courteous! Always with a helping hand 😊 2. Accessible to public transportation especially the train station. 3. If you get lost, just look for the way to Haneda airport! 4. Free shuttle to and from Haneda airport. 5. There is a laundry area lol 6. Very near the anamori- inari shrine"
