No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below). Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Any overnight visitors not on the Reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below). No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure. FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit. FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $25 Charge. Dogs allowed. Cats allowed. NO BIRDS, HAMSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS. Pets must be added onto reservation as an additional guests and guests must pay an additional fee (listed below). Pets are not allowed on the bed or furniture at anytime during the stay. Pets must be taken out to do their business and not go inside the home or patio. You MUST pick up after your pet. Pet cannot mark indoors. Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks. ★★ PET FEES ★★ FEES: Pet Rent is $55 per stay. FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet on top of pet rent. FEES: Pet urinating inside will result in a $100 floor disinfecting charge.
