9/10 Wonderful! (188 reviews)
The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that some advertised services were not as expected. The property advertises a 24-hour airport shuttle, but I was told it had to be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Since I booked my flight less than 24 hours before arrival, I had to take a taxi from the airport. This should be clearly stated in the listing.
They also advertise a 24-hour front desk, but the front desk closes around midnight. For most questions, I was told to contact the agent or Expedia instead of being assisted directly.
Overall, I enjoyed the property, but the listing should be more accurate about the shuttle requirements and front-desk hours.
