A comfortably equipped, modern kitchen and a large living/dining area with direct access to the terrace. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a spacious, modern bathroom with shower and toilet. A large studio in the attic features an additional skylight with stunning views and a ceiling height extending to the roof ridge.
