Wir kannten die Ferienanlage Residenz Kormoran bereits und waren demnach mit dem Grundriss der Wohnung und der Lage vertraut, welche uns bereits überzeugt hatten. Die Ferienwohnung Sonnenstrahl im Haus R befindet sich direkt rechts an der Einfahrt zur Anlage, aber die Wohnung orientiert sich nach hinten zum Grün und ist demnach sehr ruhig gelegen. Etwas schade ist, dass man aufgrund der Nordausrichtung keine direkte Sonne auf der Terrasse hat, aber dafür hat man ja auch den ganzen Tag am Strand Zeit, sodass dies der Bewertung keinen Abbruch tut! Die Wohnung war sauber, hat eine schöne Einrichtung und sehr gute Küchenausstattung und generell alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Hr. Gröschel war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Alle wesentlichen Informationen standen gut aufbereitet zur Verfügung, sodass es eine sehr entspannte An- und Abreise war. Gern wieder! ##### A. B.
