This romantic one-room apartment measures 34 square meters and is located on the first floor of Haus Borée. It features charming details, including a bright living/bedroom area with a dining nook and TV. The spacious bathroom with a window features a walk-in shower. 
In a nook in the room is the small kitchen, equipped with a 2-burner stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils.
In the basement of the house, in the sauna area, there is another shower and a restroom. For the coin-operated sauna, you’ll need a 2-euro coin for one session. Throughout the entire house, you can connect to the secure Wi-Fi network (Hotsplotz) free of charge.
During your stay, please use the free “Ostseetraum” parking space in the parking lot of Haus Borée.

The sauna, which requires a fee, is located in the basement. 
You can access the secure Wi-Fi for free throughout the building, and a parking space is reserved for you in the building’s parking lot.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
