Cozy vacation apartment for up to 4 people with south-facing terrace, quiet location, WLAN

Our cosy holiday rental offers 84 m² of space for up to 4 people and one toddler. The inviting living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa set, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a radio with a CD player.
The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you could need: It features an oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as a dining table.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There is also a guest bathroom and a bathroom with a bathtub (with a shower enclosure) and a toilet.
You can relax on the sunny south-facing terrace.
For families with small children, we provide a high chair and a travel cot. Wi-Fi is also available. For stays of 7 nights or more, linens are included.

Note regarding possible additional costs:
For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid this surcharge. Please note that for the period from June through September, bookings must be as continuous as possible.

If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be added to your reservation. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.

The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective holiday destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
