Vom Mühlenpark mit seiner zentralen und ruhigen Lage aus sind Nord- und Weststrand gut zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung von Wohnung 6 im Haus 2 war zweckmäßig, die Einrichtung etwas lieblos, wohingegen die Nachbarwohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet wurde.
