The apartment "Dune Rose" is located in the exclusive apartment complex "Käpt n Brass" which was newly constructed, 2014\. The unique location, a few meters from the white sandy beach, ensures pure holiday pleasure. It is with its 48 square meters ideally suited for up to 3 persons to be the base camp of your next break. The apartment is located on the south side of the ground floor and is accessible at ground level. The light décor is bright and modern. The generous covered terrace extends over 2 rooms. It is to achieve both the bedroom and the living room. The floor to ceiling windows provide light-filled spaces. If you like the sun but once is too much, the existing exterior shutters can darken the rooms. The apartment has a large living room with open kitchen. Is available in the living room a comfortable sofa (convertible 1.60m wide) and two comfortable, adjustable chairs for relaxation. The modern flat screen TV and a sound system can be used outside of your activities. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge (with freezer compartment) and dishwasher. The integrated dining area allows you communicative food preparation and -einnahme. The bright and airy bedroom is furnished with a double bed and high quality, separate mattresses. The tiled bathroom is equipped with high quality equipment, including the walk-in shower with glass door, vanity and toilet. Free parking (H7 W03) belongs to the apartment. Checkin hat gut geklappt, jedoch hätte man den Schlüssel auch in einer Schlüsselbox positionieren können. So hätte man sich die Fahrt nach Ribnitz Damgarten sparen können.Die Ausstattung war okay, alles da, was man so braucht, jedoch war die Wohnung total von Tierhaaren und Sand verschmutzt. Wo doch Tierbesitzer eine extra Tierendreinigung bezahlen sollen. Nachdem wir selbst saugen wollten, stank dieser so penetrant, dass wir die Vermietung informieren mussten. Diese brachte einen neuen Staubsaugerbeutel, reinigen mussten wir allerdings selbst. Auch die Möbel im Schlafzimmer wirkten sehr alt und gebraucht und rochen ekelig nach kaltem Rauch. Ich fühlte mich in meinem Urlaub nicht wohl dort. Ich hätte mir auch gewünscht, dass man mich im Vorfeld auch über die bestehende Baustelle informiert. Es war sehr laut am Morgen, mit den ganzen LKWs und Baggern. Auch der Hausmeister hat pünktlich immer Donnerstags ab 9 Uhr stundenlang den Rasen gemäht....super... ##### Cathleen G. Im Bad ist nur ein Haken für die Handtücher. Haustiere möglich finde ich okay, allerdings sollten dann auch die Hundehaare entfernt werden und dringend der Staubsaugerbeutel gewechselt werden. Gute Lage, Hundestrand gleich in der Nähe, gute Ausstattung, ausreichend großes Apartment, geringe Reinigungsmängel ( Schlafsofs Hundehaare vom Vormieter, verschmutzte Fenster/auf den Balkon könnte auch mal die Ecken abgekert werden.) Kann alles behoben werden. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung, wir haben uns trotzdem sehr gut erholt und kommen sehr gern wieder. Freundliche und gut organisierte Übergabe am An u. Abreisetag.
