The approximately 65 square meters Non smoking house you enter on the covered terrace. On the ground floor is the living area with fitted kitchen and dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and ambitious home cooks will find a wide selection of kitchen utensils. Adjacent is the cozy dining area with flat screen TV, which is also used for cooking for your entertainment. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, which is equipped with 2 single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m), bedside table and wardrobe. The shutters and the plisse ensure a restful sleep. The daylight bathroom with shower, washing area, WC and hair dryer is also located on the ground floor. A pinewood staircase leads to the upper floor with a large, light-flooded gallery. Here you can enjoy from the comfortable relaxation armchair or the large couch corner with coffee table and reading lamp the dreamlike view through the approximately 4 square meter picture window to the sea. There is also another flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player and mini stereo system. Even on holidays you do not need to leave an Internet access (WLAN). This is included for you. The second bedroom upstairs with sloping ceiling is equipped with a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), linen chest of drawers and dark pleats. The covered and furnished terrace (East - South East) allows you to sit under pine trees in all weather outdoors and listen to the sound of the sea. You can also use a communal grill for a cozy ending of your holiday. For our younger guests we hold 1x high chair, 1x travel cot (without mattress / bed ticking) and a stair gate. In the most beautiful part of the island of Rügen, the Mönchgut peninsula lies the allergy-friendly community of Baabe with the Baaber Heide, the Selliner See and the adjacent Granitz with its ancient beech stands. Directly behind the dune in the protective pine coasts, the wonderful log cabin "Dream View" was created under the skilful hands of an Erzgebirge carpentry. We have used only natural materials as far as possible. On the interior walls and ceilings, we have applied a "limed" beeswax paint, which gives the entire interior a bright and open feel. It is heated by infra-red heaters that radiate heat similar to the sun or a tiled stove. In addition, a floor heating is installed on the ground floor so that you can use our house in summer and in winter. It is about 50 m to the sea and from the approx. 4 sqm large picture window on the upper floor you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea in the morning. The beach promenade with cycle path runs between your house and the beach and gives you the opportunity to visit the neighboring towns of Sellin and Göhren. A bakery can be found about 150 meters away. Restaurants, cafes, an open air theater, etc. are about 300 meters away. To z. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Von dem großen Panoramafenster aus sieht man die Ostsee. Es sind nur wenige Meter zum Strand sowie zum Fahrrad– und Wanderweg. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
