The holiday apartment is located in a separate villa within the Haus Meeresblick complex. The Haus Meeresblick, which opened as recently as 2013 and features a swimming pool, massage area, and sauna, is situated directly on Baabe Beach.

From here, you have direct access to the beach. The building is equipped with an lift, an underground car park, and a large wellness area featuring a swimming pool (approx. 8.00 m x 4.00 m – 1.35 m deep), two saunas (one Finnish sauna and one bio-sauna), and a massage area. The wellness area is open year-round. Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the front desk. The modern lobby is available to all guests.

This 2-room apartment with French flair is located in a villa (annex C) that is part of the holiday complex. From the balcony, you can see all the way to the Baltic Sea and the Müther Building on the beach. The bedroom features a double bed, nightstands, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The living area also includes a seating area, another TV, a radio, and a CD player. The separate kitchen is also well-equipped. It features a 4-burner stove with rapid-cook zones, a compact microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
The bathroom features a large corner bathtub, and there is also a walk-in shower. A guest bathroom is also available.
The storage room offers space for items you don’t need every day.
