With your 60 sqm it offers enough space for max. 4 adults. The floor plan is divided into 2 adjoining bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, living area and separate kitchen. The cozy living area includes a large sofa area with coffee table, reading lamp, sideboard, flat-screen TV and mini-stereo system. On cooler days a fireplace for additional warmth. Even on an internet connection (WLAN) no need to leave on vacation. This is included for you. The separate and fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils. A dining table completes this area. The larger bedroom has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), adjustable bed bases, a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The smaller bedroom has two single beds (each 0.80 m x 2.00 m) and a chest of drawers. The modern bathroom with its bathtub, washing area, WC, hair dryer and walk-in shower is a small wellness oasis. All rooms have been tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. Vermietung der FeWo von Privat über eine Vermittlung (Mönchguter Zimmervermittlung Wendt). Der erste negative Eindruck entstand gleich mit der Ankunft auf dem Hof: ein sehr unaufgeräumter und voll mit Gerümpel gestellter Hof und Garten. Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses war eine verdreckte Baustelle mit Stellplatz für einige Altmöbel. Dieses hat sich auch während der 14 Tage Aufenthalt nicht verändert. Gleich nach Ankunft in der Wohnung eine Beschwerde über die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit an den Vermittler mitgeteilt (verschmierte Küchenfronten; in allen Ecken und Nischen eines jeden Zimmers extrem viele Spinnen und Weben; Couch teils mit Essensresten befleckt und zwischen den Polstern Sand, Krümel und Staub; Wollmäuse und Althaare im Kleiderschrank; Ausgabe eines zwar gewaschenen, aber mit Flecken behafteten Abtrocknetuches) Eine Nachreinigung wurde am Folgetag von 2 Herren einer Reinigungsfirma in unter 10 Minuten mit nur einem Staubsauger und einem Feuchtlappen erledigt (ein Schelm, wer eine perfekte Ausführung erwartet hat). Unschön war auch das Fehlen einer Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns mit unserer mitgebrachten Sofadecke für Fenster 1 und der Tagesdecke des Bettes für Fenster 2 eine eigene Verdunkelung gebaut. Um uns nicht weiter ärgern zu müssen haben wir die Situation hingenommen und ausschließlich unsere Zeit außerhalb der FeWo verbracht. Baabe und Umgebung sind jeden Besuch wert und bei sonnigem Wetter extrem reizvoll. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder..... allerdings nicht in diese FeWo! Fazit: Eigentümer ist zu sehr mit anderen Aufgaben beschäftigt und kann Haus und Hof nicht so betreuen wie es sein sollte. Schade. Preis / Leistung passt hier nicht. ##### Christian B. ---
