We liked the hotel, and the amenities. The breakfast was definitely worth the cost. My having a walking disability greatly limited my access to the swimming pool. Using the service elevator was a workable solution. However, having pool access via a direct elevator would have been helpful.

AC did not work, the room was so hot it was impossible to sleep. Only heating worked no cooling. No coffee machine but coffee pods were available! Mini bar available but locked. Did not understand that part as well.
