The 110 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, three smart TVs with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The apartment, situated on the seventh floor and accessible by elevator, features a private terrace with sun loungers and a table, ideal for outdoor dining.  
  
The property offers direct sea access via elevator, with sunbeds and a parasol available. The apartment is close to the beach and allows you to easily reach Sanremo, Bordighera, the Côte d'Azur, Monte Carlo, and picturesque inland villages such as Dolceacqua, Apricale, and Triora.
