The property is lovely and clean. But in Osoyoos, it would be nice to have a view of the lake. Apart from that lack, the hotel is fine.

We were in the new tower. Everything was new, clean and lovely. The breakfast was basic, but nice to have a quick bite before checking out. Phil was great on our check in!

MISREPRESENTATION: this is my honest review of my recent stay at this hotel between May one and May 4, 2024. I am a physician who is looking for a business hotel so that I could provide real time video conferencing with my staff and patience. The write up on Expedia stated this hotel supplied high speed Wi-Fi. This is absolutely not true. The Wi-Fi speeds range from 10 Mb per second download and one to 5 Mb per second upload at the best of times. What was acceptable was the hotel policy to throttle down your Internet access if you reach a certain volume up. This is clearly unacceptable for a hotel That advertises themselves as a Radisson, which is known to be a business oriented hotel. In fact, this is a super eight hotel that is being lipsticked with cheap upgrades and paint. They supply you with small tubes of toiletries and they do not replace them when you’ve open them the day before. The toilet paper is less than single ply for you, ladies who care about this. They have the gall to advertise a continental breakfast, which during my three days was a muffin from Tim Hortons, a juice box and a granola bar handed to me in a paper bag. I asked the staff to If I could check out early, but they said I would not refund despite such Misrepresentation. The only redeeming feature is that it is in the heart of Osoyoos so you’re close to McDonald’s and A&W and a supermarket. Anyways, I would avoid this hotel if you’re expecting a Radisson standard or you need a Business hotel.

Nice, clean and new looking. Unfortunately the heater was noisy & there was a gap under the door so you could hear everyone in the hallway & because we were directly across from the entrance I could hear the door opening & closing.

All things are brand new. Like 5 stars Hotel. I was greatly surprised. Especially that this hotel was booked the same day, as we depart unexpectedly from very dirty Motel in Oliver without even staying there. So, this Inn become a big relief. Not expensive as well. If ever in Osoyoos I want to stay only here. Good price for such nice condition. Lady that served breakfast was nice and beautiful wearing nice dress, like a morning flower, also nice surprise. Usually you would see a lady in black, often in pants....that you even don't remember her face, but here it was different. Thank you for your beautiful service!

A women on reception was polie and explained us everything in details. We left our headphones in our room, and hotel sfuff call us and promissed to send it to our house by mail. Thank you very much!!! The property was clean, there was a swimming pool and hop tab. Breakfast is limited but it is better than nothing. The only funny thing was in our room: clothes hanger is over the kitchen table
