Lovely stay. Good facilities. My only issue was that the room has windows on 2 sides through which my room could be seen from the street. Without any blinds or net curtains I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time.

The electric cooking plate suddenly stopped working, I contacted the staff (online chat) and they immediately gave me a portable one! Such fast and friendly service Rest of the room was clean and in good condition, also the location is very good

Stayery Osnabrück ist ein Komplex kleiner Appartements, die jeweils hervorragend ausgestattet sind mit modernem, sauberen Badezimmer und einer ebenso top gepflegten Pantryküche. Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Besteck und Küchengeräte sind von hoher Qualität. Im Zimmer gibt es Geschirrspüler, in der Lobby Waschmaschinen. Das Zimmer selbst, Bettzeug und Möbel neu und sauber. Elektrik unkompliziert zu nutzen, Heizung ein bisschen komplizierter zu regulieren. In der einladenden Lobby gibt es eine Lounge und Arbeitsplätze, außerdem das nötigste an Lebensmitteln und Getränken. Alles schick. Allerdings musste ich einer älteren Dame beim Check-in helfen. Ein Mitarbeiter in Präsenz, der verunsicherten Gästen hilft wäre sehr schön gewesen.

Interessantes Design, viel Platz und alles was man so in einem Apartment benötigt, dazu unkomplizierter Check In am Terminal und eine tolle Hotline, die bei Fragen hilfreich zur Seite stand.

Bei Anreise per Auto kann die Parkgarage Kollegienwall genutzt werden (liegt direkt am Hotel; Kosten: Max. 16€ pro Tag). Für den Zugang zum Hotel (und möglicherweise auch zum Hotelparking) wird die Stayery-Buchungsnummer benötigt (wird Z.B. bei Expedia NICHT automatisch übermittelt). Es gibt dann zwar Barcodes und Telefonnummern am Eingang über die man irgendwie Zugang bekommt, aber erstmal ist es unkonfortabel. Tagsüber gibt es eine/n Mitarbeiter/in der/die dann (auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend) helfen kann, aber ich würde auf alle Fälle vor 18 Uhr anreisen, damit man noch auf diese zurückgreifen kann. Mein Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig, tolles Bett, Küchenausstattung inkl. Kaffee/Tee/Wasser …
