Living and dining area with harmoniously finely tuned interior, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (bath u. Shower). The apartment is on the 2nd First floor in an old building and was lovingly restored in April 2017\. The charming bathroom with bathtub and walk-in waterfall shower and the large living room will delight you. All floors, doors, pipes and also the bathroom are new. The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances including a dishwasher. A washing machine is available in the basement. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The accommodation features a flat-screen TV, seating and dining area in the kitchen, and is well-equipped with an oven, toaster, fridge, stove and Senseo coffee machine. The private bathroom has a hairdryer. Sheets and towels are provided. The apartment Elisa is excellent: Quiet, yet centrally located. Restaurants (from pizzeria to fine cuisine) and bars can be reached in a few minutes. Various shops (organic supermarket, bakery, discounters, drugstores, bank pharmacy, bank,) are 5 minutes walk away and the city center is within walking distance very easily accessible. The property is about 750 meters from the Felix Nussbaum House, the Stadthalle and the Emma Theater. University of Osnabrück is 1 km from Apartment Elisa. In the Katharinenviertel between Lotter Straße and Martinistraße, Art Nouveau facades, representative villas and artisan houses characterize the streetscape. Everywhere are small pubs and cafes. The mixture of historical ambience, many green areas, close to the city center and tranquility makes the special charm of this district. The Weststadt is Osnabrück's creative quarter. Many artists and cultural workers work in the studios in the Martinihöfe and the Kulturwerk on Lotter Straße.
