The property was ok and the room pleasant. I thought it was a shame to charge patrons for tea and coffee. Sure, its not an expensive hotel but I thought the offerings were too basic.

Great hotel but problems checking in
This is a great B&B in the chain. The room was lovely with a fantastic view of the train station and easy access to the city centre. The only downside was that reception was closed when we checked in so we had to use the automated check in, which found our reservation but refused to recognise that we had already paid. This meant that we had to pay again in order to access the property and then get a refund later from reception. This was not a problem but felt stressful at the time and could be a problem if we hadn't had the capacity to pay on credit cards etc. We've booked into three of these B&B hotels in the chain through hotels.com and in 2 out of the 3, they've tried to charge us twice, even though we'd already paid. It's something to be aware of if booking these hotels through this app.

Very close to train station, while my room is facing the railways, so the noise is pretty large in the night.

Zimmer war sauber, fast täglich gibt es frische Handtücher und es wird sauber gemacht. Im Großen und Ganzen top. Negativ: In der Hotel/Zimmerbeschreibung war nicht beschrieben, das es Handtücher und ein Fön im Zimmer enthalten sind. Wäre super wenn man das einpflegen könnte. So spart man sich Platz im Gepäck !!

Für den Preis habe ich ein Zimmer erhalten was unangenehm gerochen hat im 3 OG (der Fahrstuhl ist immer noch defekt). Ich bin definitiv sehr unzufrieden mit diesem Aufenthalt.

Hotellet ligger i utkanten av centrum i ett lite ruffigt område och det tog ca 15-20 min att gå in till centrum. Tyvärr var det en byggarbetsplats i närheten som störde både ljudmässigt och gångmässigt. Bra parkering. Frukosten var ingen höjdare, allt var utplockat och utbudet var inte det bästa.

Gutes Stadthotel Nähe Hauptbahnhof und City
Das Hotel 🏨 ist in eine gute Lage Nähe von der Innenstadt und Hauptbahnhof, leider sind in Moment Baustellen an jeder Ecke in Osnabrück, daher muss man die Einfahrt von andere Seite anfahren, damit es zum Hotel kommt, da wir ein Zimmer zur andere Seite hatten, haben wir von den Arbeiten auf der Baustelle nicht mitbekommen, ansonsten ist es ein gutes, modernes Hotel und die Hotelzimmer sind nett und sauber , Personal ist freundlich.

Ich musste beim Einchecken das Zimmer nochmals mit EC Karte bezahlen obwohl ich das schon online über Expedia gemacht habe. Als ich die Rezeption darauf angesprochen habe wurde gesagt das ich nur einmal bezahlt hätte. Rechtliche Schritte behalte ich mir vor. Geht gar nicht.

Zimmer zum Bahnhof sind erwartungsgemäß laut. Also besser Fenster zu. Die Ventilation der Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regeln. Folglich musste ich wählen zwischen zu laut oder zu frisch. Das Frühstück war für den Preis okay, kostete aber nicht wie auf der Anzeige am Hotel 8,60 EUR, sondern 10,50 EUR.

Einfach und sauber. Lage nicht ganz optimal, wenn man abends in die Stadt will, da der Weg durch die Unterführung zum Bahnhof nicht sehr einladend ist. Teppichboden im Zimmer finde ich heutzutage unpassend wg. Allergie.

Perhe interrailillä
Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja kompakti perhehuone toimi yhden yön pysähdyksellämme oikein hyvin. Hotelli ei sijainnut mitenkään kauniilla paikalla, vähän ”väärällä puolella” rautatietä, mutta rautatieasemalle käveli vain muutaman minuuttia ja viehättävään vanhaan keskustaankin noin 15 min.
