Wifi only in the lobby and rather slow, and no good place in the lobby for work. The check-in was ok, but after having seen the other problems I read evaluations from other customers and it seems that they had the same problems. So I wonder if the Owner /top Manager even read the evaluation. We couldn’t use the pool since it was half empty. 4. Very dirty facility and very uncomfortable to stay. 5. The staffs aren’t that hospitable and seemed lack of training in hospitality management 6. The hotel manager is no where to find. The only good points are the view and it is a convenient location . The whale sharks are about 20 minutes drive and the same for tumalog falls. We had the hotel arrange our whale shark and visit to the falls in the same day. This was brilliant and good value. Bad points; We stayed only 3 nights and in that time the water in our room stopped several times. Meaning we had to shower downstairs. The Menu. More than half the dishes on the menu were unavailable. Sometimes simple things they were short like bread or tocino. Easily available in a store a few hundred meters away. The pool looks great at night with the lights, but it is not very clean. When we arrived at the hotel they only had a reservation for one room when I had requested two. Then I come to learn that they do not take credit card upon check in which was a major inconvenience.
