Good breakfast. The hotel is lacking a lobby social space. Rooms are compact and efficient with under bed storage. Only one chair. Considerable street noise so not suitable for a light sleeper. Carpets in the hallway and the room are absolutely disgusting with stains and the appearance of being filthy. We were able to move to a room with parquet flooring and it was clean. Was concerned that it was across from the tramline but noise was barely noticeable. Shower was very good. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of ingredients that would never have been in a buffet in a British hotel such as avocado.
