It’s very walkable and close to many options for transportation. Plenty of food and convenience options nearby. It was clean and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. There was even an in unit clothes washer. The drawbacks were the super tiny shower in the micro bathroom. I’m not even 6 feet tall, and basically had to maneuver to clean myself in the shower. I think they would be very wise to eliminate the laundry machine and make a shower built for adults. In addition to being tiny, the shower would only heat up to close to warm. The sink goes to scalding hot, but the shower goes to maybe baby bath water temp. On cold mornings, it really felt a little like taking a cold shower. It has been very clean, big windows for a lot of daylight, nice furniture and space for our toddler to run too. Huge advantage is the elevator, esp when traveling with a toddler and more luggage. Bedroom was pretty small and tight to navigate around the bed. But otherwise great. Very nice space with fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washer. Our issue that we had here was with the noise from the neighborhood. The area has a vibrant nightlife and was extremely loud. There were people talking, laughing, yelling all hours of the night. Car horns were honked throughout the night - even between 3am and 4am. This happened every night of our stay. One night a partygoer sat on the steps across from our window and vomited for an hour or so. The first night I woke up at 3:30am from the noise and put on my noise cancelling headphones. I was then able to sleep and did this for the remainder of the nights. Enkel sjekk inn på Skovveien og det ligger veldig sentralt til med gode restauranter og butikker! Leiligheten var kjempe flott! Rent og hyggelig innredet. Det eneste som kan bemerkes er at gården kunne vært hyggeligere planlagt og rengjort med oppgraderte benker og benker. De sa det var fullt der og da sa jeg sa hvor som helst bare opp i høyden. Jeg ble flyttet fra Oscars gate til en annen bygård i Odinsgate. Helt tipp topp 1 min unna midt på bygdøy alle, trikk til sentrum 1 min unna. Oppholdet på Oscarsgate var både veldig bra, og svært slitsomt. Leiligheten i sin helhet var utrolig fin, og veldig brukervennlig - med et fint bad, fint kjøkken med alt av utstyr (minus en oppvaskmaskin som ikke funket) og et fint soverom (deilige senger). Barna sov på sovesofa i stuen. Beliggenheten ifht Frogner og sentrum var utmerket - kort vei til restauranter, Soliplass og 10 min til Nationaltheatret/Akerbrygge m.m. Minusene ved å leie her var, i vårt tilfelle, at det var veldig mange unge mennesker som festet til langt på natt og var svært høylytte. Noe som ødela nattesøvnen til undertegnede som skulle spille NM i golf tidlig dagen derpå, og resten av familiemedlemmene. På sommeren er det også varmt - og uten AC i leilighetene blir det nesten umulig å lukke igjen vinduene uten å få heteslag. Parkeringsmulighetene er også dyre - men dette er ikke utleier sin feil, men heller Oslo kommune.
