Simple, clean, friendly staff. It was well located for trams and trains. The room was clean, it had everything we needed. The bed was average, the mattress a bit on the firm side.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was really clean everywhere as well. Can't say anything negative about the hotel or anyone. Thank you so much.

The staff are amazing in being so helpful and wanting to assist with your needs. The room was beautiful and spacious compared to the room we had on the river cruise. The breakfast had a wonderful selection of hot choices as well as fresh meats and fruits. The only downside to this hotel was the pool area, there were no staff available in the area and there were used towels left from the morning that were not picked up from the cleaning services.

Loved the property, would stay here again .
