Fully Equipped kitchen with Fridge, Induction, Coffee maker, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, cookware and utensils. Spotless full bathroom with a shower unit, fresh towels, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. This is an upper floor apartment with its own entrance door and a smart lock. One free parking available on the driveway. Guest will have access to entire second floor unit. Note: Laundry area is common with other two apartments in the building. By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and \`de-smoking\` of the house/unit. • Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. • Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation.
