"Our stay was so perfect in many ways! Nice beach for a 2 year old, a game room for teenagers, pontoon was so fun, and the entire house was very accommodating! We want to come back for sure!"

"The breakfast was very poor. Fake eggs, sausages the size of a quarter. Coffee was weak, and very small flimsy coffee cups. No elevator. The room was very clean as was bedding. The refrigerator was set way too high and froze my food and drinks that were stored. No rear access to the gazebo’s on the River. Price was cheap, so I guess that’s what you get. The staff was pleasant"
Beautiful Luxury Beachfront Home on Lake Huron - Spectacular Views/ Sugar Sand
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was enjoyed by everyone within the party. There was a slight hiccup on our first night however Shelly, our host, was VERY responsive and engaged to help remediated the issue. The house is well stocked with everything needed to help ensure our stay and meal prep went without any missing components. Plenty of table space for large groups to all sit and enjoy a meal together. The sand beach is beautiful and big enough to allow for fun beach activities. The house was fantastic with great views of the lake from multiple rooms. Will recommend this house to anyone interested in visiting Lake Huron. When I asked my family what could have made this trip better, the only comment, "warmer lake water" everything about the house and our Host was brilliant.Thank you for sharing your house, thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is decently maintained. The view of the water and beach is amazing! The room we had was very small for 4 people however we were right by a common room with a TV, comfortable chairs, and vending machines where we could go when our room felt too small. The pool was decently clean although with people coming and going from the beach there was a lot of sand. The hot tub jets didn't work well but the bathroom was clean. We didnt have a proper closet area but we did have a place to hang our clothes. Everything worked in the room although there was a lack of outlets for charging of devices. There wasn't a telephone in the room so we had to call down for assistance on our cell but that was fine. We were a bit concerned about the security since the doors to go in and out doors didn't have locks on them so anyone could go in and out. We would definitely stay here again though. It was a beautiful spot in a good location."
"Location was nice. Convenient across from pier and playground. Granddaughters enjoyed the pool. Good hot breakfast. The building seemed cheaply built. Not very sound proof for a newer building. Could hear people easily walking above us so didn’t get much sleep. Trim work didn’t seem to be finished. Nor the grout in the bathroom floor."
"The beach house was not impressive. It needs some simple and low cost updates and some better cleaning. There was a missing outlet cover in the kitchen, the ceiling fan couldn't be turned off, a missing globe on a light fixture, the slider door screen had fallen off, the door to the 2nd floor deck has so much moisture between the glass that you couldn't enjoy the view from that room, there was a large spider web (and spider) in the bedroom, the bathroom vent fan made a horrible noise when you turn it on and the main entry door doesn't seal properly. The view is great but I definitely expected more."
