This 600 square foot home packs a big punch with its modern flare and lots of natural light including its custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large island with seating and open living space with plenty of views of the water. One nice sized bedroom, beautiful full bath with walk in shower and front load washer and dryer. The exterior has a big deck with patio set and gas grill, just a short walk down to the river with dock. The Space: Welcome to the Chicken Coop, our river oasis! This 600 square foot home packs a big punch with its modern flare and lots of natural light including its custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large island with seating and open living space with plenty of views of the water. One nice sized bedroom, beautiful full bath with walk in shower and front load washer and dryer. The exterior has a big deck with patio set and gas grill, just a short walk down to the river with dock. Very modern and well equipped with amenities Guest Access: Access to the entire home, sorry no boat available. The Neighborhood: Located in an area of other riverfront homes, close to shopping and restaurants and just 11 miles from the University of Notre Dame. Getting Around: Uber/Lyft Other Things to Note: Additional house rules 1\. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below. 2\. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. 3\. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 4\. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 5\. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana. 6\. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors! 7\. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list. 8\. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. 9\. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 10\. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. 11\. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 12\. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. It had everything we needed for our stay and a great spot to chill and watch the river flow by. It was very clean and neat with a comfy bed and seating area, came in handy on a rainy day.
