"Lashon was the best host I have ever dealt with on Vrbo! She is incredibly friendly, caring, and genuinely wants your stay to be the best it can be. Her home was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. She clearly put a lot of thought into everything a guest might need while getting away from home. "We had a wonderful stay at Pat and Gary's apartment in Pensacola. BEautiful view of the ocean! The apartment is beautiful and Pat and Gary are tremendous hosts (available, friendly, responsive). The location is excellent (walk to the beach, 3 minute drive to restaurants in town and about a 15 minute drive to downtown pensacola). We totally recommend it! and we hope that we will be back soon!"

"The elevator on the north side of the hotel was inoperative during our three night stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the pillows were way too thick. The king size bed was comfortable. I had to ask the front desk for better bath towels on the morning of our 2nd day as the bath towels felt like sandpaper; we had plush, nicer bath towels for our last night. All I ever need at a hotel is a clean room with good A/C along with decent pillows and towels in good condition. I would stay here again."
