Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka
A more formal south-Asian vibe - not as Japanese as one would have hoped for. Cleanliness and staff excellent but overall not as suitable for a more casual traveler. Views excellent.

Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA
Room was spacious for Japanese standards. Good location right at the train. Plenty of dining options within the building if needed. Check in process could be better. Long line and everything automated. I prefer dealing with humans.
