This property was clean and the rooms were large. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue is the steep hills in the parking lot if balance is a concern.

First time in the Ozarks, so cannot compare to other hotels. But I can say the majority of reviews I read on other hotels mentioned less than ideal cleaning standards. Schmidt’s Creek was SPOTLESS, the staff was extremely friendly and the to go breakfast was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

The staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. My only issue was I was expecting breakfast because that was advertised but it only happens on the weekends and when occupancy is high enough.

Room was very clean. I loved that it had no carpet! Hot August days and the AC worked great. Although, the pool had only 2 lounge chairs and needed replaced. Pool was clean and inviting. Front desk staff was super. Will definitely stay there again.

This is an older property that is fairly well maintained and in good condition. Front desk person was friendly, efficient and helpful. Room, bathroom and common areas were clean. Laundry machines were a blessing as I was displaced from my home due to a plumbing issue. Housekeeping procedures were somewhat bizarre as each aspect of daily housekeeping was done with a separate trip to the room at various times of day. This wasn't a bother for me as I was only there to sleep and shower but unusual nevertheless. The front desk person assured me that there would be a discussion about this. Addditionally the non-smoking policy was definitely not being adhered to in my building during my stay. Overall this property is a good value. I have stayed here before and would again if needed.

This was a nice little hotel. The check in staff was very friendly, the bed was quite comfortable, and our stay was very peaceful. The only negative was that the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling a bit.

Rooms was clean. Ac works good. Has a hard time getting in my room. Disappointing that the pool was closed because they couldn't get it regulated. No breakfast during the week days 😢
