Very Nice
The only bad thing was the king bed was very uncomfortable, and we could have used a few more washcloths in the unit. We only had 4 total washcloths for 6 people.
The people above us had to have had at least a dozen people in their condo. It sounded like a herd of elephants up there. But after they settled down each night, it was fine.
The Knolls 1122 was very nice for a long holiday weekend. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Great little get away
Great communication, easy check in, easy checkout - simple things to do before leaving. The location was great with it being our first time in the area. Easy water access- would definitely stay again. The place is a little dated but super clean and that was most important.
