- A 60-square-meter guesthouse featuring a spacious living room, an open-concept kitchen, one double bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room that can be converted into two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a dining area (including outdoor seating in the garden), an outdoor laundry area with a washing machine, an above-ground pool of approximately 50 square metres (the latter two shared with the main residence, which is occupied by the owners), a barbecue, Wi-Fi, and free parking on the property.
Located about 7 km from Orvieto, which can be reached in about 10–15 minutes.
