The space
Feronia, God of the Woods, among "The Residences of Borgo Tessile" represents local and Italian culture with personality, fitting perfectly into Orvieto's historical-artistic context. The dwelling is the result of careful renovation work in order to revive one of the town's historic buildings. The property, an old deconsecrated medieval church (dating back to about 1200), completely adapted to the new requirements, is the result of a long renovation aimed at preserving its aesthetic and architectural features. You will be pleasantly struck by the enchantment of its wooden beams, the beauty of the completely handmade kitchen made of masonry and wood, the view of one of the unique and rare internal gardens of the historic center, the tranquility that you can breathe and not less by its very central location; the best way to enjoy an excellent glass of wine and not having to think about anything else.

Access for guests
Access from Via lattanzi, 27 is very easy, there is a wooden door that will lead you inside the stone driveway of Le Dimore di Borgo Tessile. After a few meters you will find on your left the small door to the property and after two flights of stairs you will be inside the wonderful Feronia mansion. Continuing instead down the driveway on your right you will find a glass and wrought iron door that will give you access to the beautiful adjoining garden.
Other things to keep in mindUpon request you will have access to an attached garden to relax and enjoy the myriad of colors given by the vastness of plants, flowers and trees present.

Most helpful property manager we have see yet.

The property was fantastic but the best part was how accommodating the property manager was with us. They gave us more than enough information about Orvieto, how to do day trips out of the city, help with calling taxis and buses, restaurants, and we could even bring our luggage early before checkin so we could walk the city without our bags. We were super pleased and they spoke perfect English. Highly recommend this property
