About this property

Beautiful and Cosy Countryhouse Overlooking Orvieto

  • This is the guesthouse of a beautiful countryhouse located in the middle of a vast estate of vineyards and olive grows ,overlooking the ancient city of Orvieto. From here you can easily reach, by train or car, many important cities like Rome,Florence ,Siena, Perugia ,Viterbo and many others. Lake Bolsena, 9 km away, offers nice beaches and water sports.
    The house is on two levels: on the ground floor there are a nice living room with pelletstove, a master bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a studio or second bedroom with one or two bed.
    On the second floor there are a fully equipped kitchen , a bathroom with shower and a terrace with pergola for eating al fresco overlooking Orvieto. A large garden surround the house.
    18x8 metres swimming pool to be shared with another house at 500 metres.

    During the winter months the cost of heating is separate, normally a bag of pellet is required per day ( approximately 9 euros)
