This flat in the centre of Ortisei features rustic but well-kept furnishings and is particularly comfortable. The property consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine and bidet, a quaint living room and a separate kitchen. There is the possibility of adding extra beds. There is a balcony overlooking Piazza Rezia. The separate kitchen has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 4 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances. Casa Cristlpek offers rustic but comfortable flats, located directly on the famous Piazza Sant'Antonio and adjacent pedestrian area in Ortisei. The location is central and exclusive, perfect for any kind of holiday in all seasons! The escalator to the Seceda cable car is only 100 metres away, and the Alpe di Siusi cable car is just over 200 metres away. The Ortisei bus station, which takes you in any direction, is only 50 metres from the house. Just below the house you will find an elegant wine shop where you can taste the best wines of the area, as well as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars of various kinds. In the Christmas period you will be in pole position for the famous Christmas market in Ortisei. The house has one parking space per flat, but this is in a garage approx. 200 metres from the house, close to the Mar Dolomit swimming pools (to which you have free access). It also has free Wi-Fi, a washing machine in each flat, a ski room with boot warmer, linen and towels. If your dream was to stay directly on Piazza Sant'Antonio, right in the centre of Ortisei, you can make it come true by staying at casa Cristlpek! Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them. Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access) Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus. This company requires that you pay their fee on a secondary website, and if it does not occur, they will cancel your reservation. Additionally, I was told that this would be keyless entry to make the stay easier. The code that I was provided would not open the door, and I had to call the booking office so they could tell me where a spare key was located. This key would not open the door of the building, only the apartment. On our final night's stay, the water heater also stopped working and did not provide any warm water for us. While the location was great, I would not recommend this booking to anyone because it was frustratingly difficult to obtain, and then even enter the premises. ##### Sean D.
